1.  To promote civic pride and community cohesiveness in the City of Solana Beach
2.  To solicit, raise and distribute funds, real and personal properties and other assets 
for the maintenance and improvement of publicly owned beaches,
open-space and park lands in the City of Solana Beach,
and for other public purposes which will benefit the Solana Beach community
3. To plan, promote and operate special events
and programs in the City of Solana Beach for the public
